The Food Solution was founded in 2004 to introduce quality overseas items to discriminating domestic markets while maintaining consistency and low pricing. In the last two decades we have developed strong and dependable network partnerships along the supply chain, from producers and manufacturer to purchasers and consumers. WHERE WE STARTED OUR JOURNEY





The history of TFS is a voyage through the world of food distribution, driven by its founder John Bricca's passion for quality and his entrepreneurial zeal. Initially concentrating on the Italian food market, John searched for unique specialty food items that were capable of meeting his strict quality and pricing requirements. The first products in our catalog were hard Italian cheeses, like parmigiano reggiano, grana padano, olive oil and tuna. We are now proudly feature hundreds of items across multiple categories.
